Medical advice can be offered by the duty doctor or via an appointment, and out of work hours through 111. Online consultations is planned in the future but currently disabled apart from administrative queries.

Bookings for GP's at the moment are only done via the phone booking.

What are the timings for routine appointments?

Appointments are available throughout the day during normal opening hours.

Does the practice offer routine appointments on weekday evenings and on weekends?

We do have some routine appointments on weekday evenings and weekends. Please contact the reception for availing this service, as no walk-ins will be accepted.

Extended Access: We now have appointments available for nurses and ANP’s on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from and once a month on a Saturday. The extended access service recently launched a booking line so patients can access evening and weekend appointments when practice is closed. We can now book Out of Hours appointments across south Warwickshire for people that can travel a little further.
Please call 01906 695949 (open Fridays 18:00-20:00, Saturday & Sunday 09:00 – 12:00) to book routine or same day appointments.

Extended Access Hubs: You can now book a GP or Nurse appointment in Kenilworth during evening and weekends at one of the Extended Access Hubs. Find out more about the Kenilworth and Leamington extended access service.

What are SMS appointment reminders?

The SMS appointment reminder service is used for reminding patients of their forthcoming appointments at a pre-determined time before their appointment.

To receive this service, please ensure that you provide the practice with your updated mobile number. Messages can only be sent to patients with a mobile number registered with the practice.

How do I request a Chaperone or Translation/Interpretation service?

If you would like a chaperone to be present during a physical examination by a GP or nurse at the surgery or you need help with interpreting or translation, please advise reception at the time of booking and we will comply.
