We are proud to be part of the Kenilworth and Warwick Primary Care Network (PCN), established in 2019. Our PCN serves a combined population of over 63,500 patients across five local practices: Abbey Medical Centre, Avonside Health Centre, Castle Medical Centre, Chase Meadow Health Centre, and Priory Medical Centre.
