Who do I see?
Booking Appointments
For doctor appointment requests, you can now submit an online consultation by clicking on the Contact Us Online button below, from 8am each weekday (exc. bank holidays). Submitting early helps us review and triage your request as quickly as possible. Please select ‘I have a medical request’. If you send a form between 8am-6:30pm, you will receive a response.

Multiple concerns? Please include everything on one form so we can schedule and triage effectively.

Need help with the form? f you, or someone you know do not have access to a smartphone or the internet, please don’t worry – just give us a call on 01926 859955 between 8:30am and 6:00pm and our Reception team will be happy to guide you through it.
If you need a Nurse appointment (including blood tests, ECGs, vaccinations etc.), please call us on 01926 859955 after 11am.

All requests are reviewed by one of our GPs. Depending on your needs, we may:

Direct you to another service (e.g. your local pharmacy)

Book you with the most appropriate clinician
Appointments may be offered the same day, within 3 days, or within 7 days, depending on urgency. Most patients receive a response the same day, although we can’t guarantee this.
Important reminders

Verify your phone number when prompted – this allows us to match your request to your health record quickly.

Check your NHS App, text messages, or emails for updates once you’ve submitted your form.
For nurse appointments, please call the practice on 01926 859955 after 11am.
Cancelling your appointment
Please make every effort to keep your appointment. If you are unable to make it, please cancel it as soon as possible, using one of the methods below, so that it can be reallocated to another patient in need. Your help will avoid a significant waste of NHS resources and is much appreciated.
