If you have never logged in, please ensure you have have requested online access, you can do this by submitting an admin form via our website or calling us to start the process. You will need to confirm your email address too so it matches what is on our system, if it is different then here will be an error when you are trying to login.

Please note – you must get consent from the patient whose records you’re wanting to access, and depending on the age and circumstances, a ‘Proxy Access’ form must be signed by the patient, you can collect this form from our reception desk.
