Patient Group

What is the Patient Group?

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) allows patients to feedback constructive comments and suggestions for improvements to services provided by the practice. It is run by volunteers who give up a bit of their time to be the voice of the patients to the surgery. The group is striving to have an active, diverse and representative group of patients as members.

It is to be noted that the PPG is not somewhere solely for complaints. If you have a complaint, you must contact the Practice. The PPG offer a means of communicating and collaborating with the practice on matters that concern it’s patients. In this way the PPG is a place where positive and negative feedback of changes can be made. If you do need to leave feedback using the email listed below, please leave a name for us to respond to.

If you are interested in joining the PPG, please complete the form below. Your contact details will be kept safe, and you will be contacted by a member of the PPG in due course.

You can look at past meeting minutes to get a flavour of what happens during meetings between the practice and the PPG members.

If you have any other questions or would like to know more you can contact our PPG Chair, Stella Moore using the PPG’s dedicated email; abbeymcppg@gmail.com

We look forward to hearing from you!
