Ordering prescriptions
You can request an acute or repeat prescription using the options below. The easiest way to request a repeat prescription is Online via the NHS App or our website. T\he NHS App can help you request repeat medication at your convenience with automated delivery of your prescription to your preferred pharmacy. It will show you all your repeat medicine and dosage and you can choose the ones you need.
Please allow 3 working days (exc. bank holidays) before collecting your prescription, this may also be affected by bank holiday opening hours.
It’s your responsibility to ensure that you order your medication in advance – we suggest when you have 7-10 days supply left, it’s time to think about re-ordering.
Ordering via the NHS App
The quickest and easiest way to order prescriptions is through the NHS App
If you are registered with the NHS App you can order your prescriptions online. If you do not have this app, you can click the below link to register for an account.
If you are unable to order your prescription online, please drop your repeat prescription slip into the Practice reception team.

Order via Web form
If you do not have the NHS app, you can also order your medication using a Web Form, this can be done using the ‘Order your prescription’ option below.
